We seek a candidate with strong accounting experience, **minimum 3 years**, capable of working autonomously, providing technical judgment, and contributing to continuous process improvement within a dynamic and growing environment. **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the accurate issuance of customer invoices, coordinating with commercial and operational teams to ensure timely and precise billing. * Resolve complex billing issues and serve as the point of reference for internal and external inquiries. * Maintain and review accounting records related to pending, advance, and necessary adjustment invoices. * Knowledge derived from receipt, organization, and accounting of supplier invoices. * In all cases, prior experience with analytical accounting models is required, demonstrating ability to manage accounting documents segmented by business lines and projects. * Perform and ensure monthly bank reconciliations, guaranteeing balance consistency and integrity. * Collaborate in preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial reports, providing analysis to support decision-making. * Actively participate in monthly and annual closing processes, performing reconciliations, reviews, and necessary adjustments. * Propose process improvements, internal controls, and automation initiatives to optimize departmental efficiency. * Support the Accounting Manager and collaborate with the team on cross-departmental tasks. **Requirements** * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or related field.
