Preparation and review of documentation for procedures with public agencies (UGE, Immigration, professional associations, etc.). Communication with professionals and international collaborators via email, phone, or video call. Coordination of deadlines and monitoring of administrative requirements. Digital archiving and organization of documentation. Support in report preparation and other administrative tasks within the department. ### **Requirements** Immediate availability. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Proficiency in office software. Residence in Almería or near Nacimiento. Education or experience in Law, Administration, or International Relations. Minimum English level B2. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
