Rigorous document management and inventory control We are looking for a candidate to join the purchasing management team in A Coruña under a full-time contract. The main responsibility is to provide operational support to ensure purchase orders are properly managed—from creation through to final goods receipt. It is essential to keep supplier and item data updated in the system, verifying that prices and terms align with agreed conditions. Daily tasks include rigorous document management—reviewing invoices and delivery notes to ensure accuracy. Constant communication with suppliers is also required to prevent delays and resolve any logistical issues. In addition, inventory is monitored and replenishment adjusted according to sales. Proficiency with computer tools—especially spreadsheets—is essential, as is strong attention to detail in every task. Education in Administration, Accounting, or a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle. Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Prior experience in retail, distribution, or professional cosmetics sectors will be valued.
