We aim to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Project Management team, participating in the development of high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, substations, power lines, and industrial installations. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing technical support across all company departments, working in a dynamic, demanding, and rapidly growing environment within the renewable energy and environmental sectors. Responsibilities * Preparation of budgets for electrical project construction. * Technical and economic project management. * Development and processing of legalization projects for installations. * Project planning and monitoring. * Technical liaison with national and international clients and suppliers. * Monitoring of technical documentation and construction drawings. * Opening and closing of construction sites. * Technical support to the General Management (analysis, reviews, and presentations). * Ensuring the quality and reliability of technical information. * Preparation of supporting documentation for the commercial department and assistance in decision-making. Requirements Education * Industrial Technical Engineering degree, specialization in Electricity. Experience * Over 10 years’ experience managing electrical infrastructure projects (high-voltage, substations, power lines, and industrial installations) on-site. Languages * Advanced English proficiency. Technical Skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). * CAD knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. * Familiarity with electrical sector regulations and legislation. * Knowledge of specific regulations issued by electricity distribution and transmission companies. Competencies * Ability to work collaboratively and focus on problem resolution. * Communication skills and relationship management abilities at all levels. * Analytical and synthetic thinking capabilities. * Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and responsiveness to urgent requests. * Proactive attitude oriented toward excellence.
