At Mondragon Assembly, you will have the opportunity to join the technical team performing the following functions: * Develop detailed designs of the various machine stations based on specifications defined by the Mechanical Technical Lead. * Define the bill of materials and create component drawings. * Collaborate with the Team Leader or Mechanical Technical Lead in presenting the design for client approval and implement agreed modifications to the stations designed by them. * Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks within established timeframes and quality standards. * In collaboration with the Mechanical Technical Lead, define specific details not included in the initial proposal that must be respected in the mechanical design of the installation. * When only one designer is required for a particular machine type, assume Project Lead responsibilities under the support and supervision of the Team Leader. * Verify that designs comply with defined specifications. * Lead, supervise, and validate mechanical design work outsourced to external companies, approving suitable technical solutions and selecting appropriate equipment and components. * Interact with clients when project execution requires clarification of specific technical aspects, with prior knowledge of your direct supervisor. * Provide technical support to assembly teams responsible for machine fine-tuning at Mondragon Assembly and commissioning at customer facilities. * Prepare documentation for defining future standards, improving processes, purchasing information, customer instruction manuals, etc. * Maintain contact with suppliers during the project workflow. * Be responsible for ensuring proper machine safeguards are considered during project development to minimize workplace accident risks. * Ensure all documentation is properly organized and classified in EPDM for immediate retrieval.
