As a **Primary Care Sales Representative (Temporary)** in the Basque Country, you will be responsible for making regular visits to pediatricians at primary healthcare centers to advise healthcare professionals, primarily about our products. **What will your challenges be?** * Ensure all doctors / HCPs / KOLs accurately receive the message, information, clinical studies, and corresponding samples. * Continuously seek ethical ways to improve service and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, demonstrating our commitment to ethics in all our actions. * Identify business opportunities within the assigned area, evaluate achieved results, and develop initiatives and commercial strategies to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives. * Identify changes and trends in decision-making, as well as current needs and concerns of healthcare professionals, to proactively adapt strategies and actions. * Identify new contacts among healthcare professionals and new KOLs. * Perform sales analysis of the assigned territory to identify opportunities and risks, grounding strategic decisions in concrete data. * Identify/segment HCPs (healthcare centers and hospitals) according to prescription potential. * Ensure compliance with visit frequency and coverage targets according to established potential. * Develop a detailed commercial plan to successfully achieve set objectives. About you To succeed in this role, we consider it beneficial to have: * **Education**: Degree/Master in related sciences such as nutrition, biology, physiotherapy, etc., is desirable. * **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary and Hospital Care, preferably in pediatric visits. * **Computer Skills**: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM. * **Languages**: English. * **Willingness to travel**.
