Responsibilities: * Overall supervision of fieldwork and coordination among different parties. * Experience managing labor force and equipment. * Experience in building construction. * Organization of workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage, loading/unloading of required materials. * Monitoring and tracking of process execution. * Control and monitoring of schedule compliance. * Interpretation of blueprints and specifications. * Supervision and organization of work crews and assignment of tasks to workers. * Receiving, organizing, and calculating materials. * Control of required resources, machinery, and materials. * Supervision and verification of work processes and outcomes. Job Description Mission: To coordinate and supervise operational tasks within their unit/department according to established procedures, autonomously selecting and redefining specific operating methods adapted to the project’s particularities. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction projects are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget.
