Your expertise in using Primavera P6 and MS Project will be essential for critical path analysis, resource management, and proactive identification of potential risks and deviations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage detailed project plans using Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Establish project baselines and monitor progress against baselines. * Conduct critical path analysis to identify key activities and dependencies. * Identify, analyze, and forecast potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. * Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. * Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and clients. * Perform earned value analysis to measure project performance. * Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize cost overruns. * Participate in planning reviews and ensure application of best practices. * Maintain and update project documentation related to planning. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of proven project planning experience, preferably in the energy or engineering sector. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including configuration, scheduling, and reporting. * Solid experience with Microsoft Project. * Demonstrated ability to develop complex project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. * Ability to effectively communicate technical and planning information to diverse audiences. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with high accuracy. **Preferred:** * Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP). * Experience in the renewable energy sector. * Knowledge of risk management software. * Experience in developing S-curves and trend analysis.
