**BATZ** Group's **Management Systems** area will fill the position of **Corporate Quality Engineer**. Reporting to the Corporate Quality Director, the following responsibilities will be assumed: * Ensuring quality objectives and standards in new projects by analyzing customer specifications and communicating them to the project team. * Implementing and coordinating control plans from prototypes to series production, ensuring control tools, measurements, tests, reports, and customer deliveries. * Coordinating with Plant Quality Managers on incident and customer complaint handling, guaranteeing effective responses and proper closure. * Supporting product and/or process design FMEAs and participating in final product homologation with the customer. At **BATZ**, we are looking for a **Corporate Quality Engineer** for the **Management Systems** area. Reporting to the Corporate Quality Director, responsibilities include: * Ensuring compliance with quality objectives and standards in new projects by analyzing customer specifications and communicating them to the project team. * Implementing and coordinating control plans from prototypes to series production, ensuring control tools, measurements, tests, reports, and customer deliveries. * Coordinating with Plant Quality Managers on managing incidents and customer complaints, guaranteeing effective responses and appropriate closure. * Collaborating on product and/or process design FMEAs, as well as on final product homologation with the customer. * **University degree** (in Industrial, Environmental, Quality fields, etc.). * **Experience** in the following quality areas: + Project planning and development (APQP/ ANPQP/ PPAP). + FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA. + Interpretation of drawings, ISO / GD\&T tolerancing. + Management of control and testing equipment. + Customer claim management (8D, root cause analysis,...). + Knowledge of audits (system, process and product). + Production processes knowledge (Stamping, Welding, Injection, Assembly). * Dynamic personality, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. * **Willingness to travel**. * **High level of English.** * **Fluency in Basque** (desirable). * Living nearby (desirable). * **University degree** (Industrial, Environmental, Quality…). * **Experience** in the following quality areas: + Project planning and development (APQP/ ANPQP / PPAP). + FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA. + Drawing interpretation, ISO / GD\&T tolerancing. + Management of control and test equipment. + Customer complaint management (8D, Root cause analysis, ...). + Knowledge of Audits (System, Process and Product). + Knowledge of production processes (Stamping, Welding, Injection, Assembly). * Dynamic character, good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. * **Availability to travel**. * High proficiency in **English**. * Proficiency in **Basque** (valuable). * Residence in the area (valuable).
