Contract type: Full-time Duration: Temporary replacement for paternity leave Location: CEU Andalucía Campus (Bormujos, Seville) Main responsibilities:* Academic and operational coordination of the Language Institute * Management of training programs, teaching staff, and academic calendar * Support for students and teaching staff * Assistance in administrative tasks and academic follow-up * Promotion and student recruitment * Coordination with other CEU departments for project development Requirements:* University degree (preferably in Philology, Translation, Education, Applied Languages, or similar fields) * Additional training or accredited certification in languages (minimum C1 level in English) * Previous experience in educational or academic environments, preferably in language center management Valued competencies:* Administrative management skills, team coordination, and academic planning * Commercial skills and customer orientation * Proficiency in digital tools for educational management and communication * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, initiative, and service vocation
