At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and the future of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ormazabal Igorre is seeking to hire personnel for its mechanical assembly team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble various components inside medium-voltage switchgear (e.g., membranes, mica sheets, retainers, fuse carrier tubes, circuit breakers, busbars, capacitors, interfaces, etc.), updating equipment traceability, following assembly instructions, and using electronic torque tools. * Work on an assembly line operating under a lean production system, which requires maintaining a steady work pace with scheduled breaks. * Conduct assembly inspections to ensure work quality and prevent production incidents or delays. * Occasionally participate in daily PCP meetings and propose improvements. * Assume responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and protective measures for people, facilities, and work tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree awarded **within the last three years.** * + Medium-level Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Higher-level Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Higher-level Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics. + Full Professional Qualification Certificate (ELEQ0111) for Auxiliary Assembly and Maintenance Operations for Electrical and Electronic Equipment. + Professional Qualification Certificate for Auxiliary Mechanical Manufacturing Operations (FMEE0108). + Professional Qualification Certificate for Assembly and Commissioning of Industrial Equipment and Machinery (FMEE0208). + Professional Qualification Certificate for Machining, Forming, and Mechanical Assembly Production (FMEM0209). * **Experience:** Experience in industrial assembly-line processes and use of hand tools. * **Competencies:** + Attitude and willingness to work, adapting to change and evolving requirements. + Performance: appropriate work pace meeting established process and quality standards. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line alongside other colleagues, where individual tasks directly impact others’ activities.
