#### **Your tasks** Carry out installation work related to wood and furniture in private homes; however, **a free 3-month training program will first be provided to learn the trade**. The training and employment are targeted at individuals with a **disability certificate**, who are highly motivated to learn a trade with strong employability and stable demand. However, the opportunity is also open to individuals under 30 or over 45 years of age without a disability. Installation and assembly: * Assembly and installation of **interior doors** * Installation of **floating laminate flooring and baseboards** * Basic assembly of **kitchen modules and cabinets** * Assembly and securing of **wardrobes and general furniture** * Final adjustments, leveling, and finishing touches for each installation Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: €1,340 net (possibility of professional advancement to certified installer)#### **Your profile** To qualify for the aforementioned training and job, candidates should meet the following criteria: * Motivation to learn a carpentry trade * A disability of **33% or higher, officially recognized by IMAS**, is highly valued * Completion of a basic DIY/woodworking tools course is highly valued * Capacity for moderate physical work (bending, lifting components, handling panels) * Organizational skills and responsibility * Commitment to long-term employment, willingness to learn and improve, attention to detail Proximity to the area and possession of a driver’s license will be considered advantageous.#### **Why join us?** We are a Special Employment Center (CEE).
