At **EIA21**, we are looking for a **Scaffolding Supervisor** to join a project with an **estimated duration of 3 months for a technical shutdown** **Main responsibilities:** * Act as the main point of contact with management from contractor companies. * Monitor and track work execution according to the approved schedule, reporting any unforeseen events or deviations. * Manage work permits, coordinating with site owners and ensuring adequate timeframes. * Supervise scaffolding assembly: planning, monitoring sequence, controlling materials and procedures. * Conduct on-site inspections of erected scaffolding to ensure quality and compliance. * Validate work reports and review certifications. * Support the Safety Coordination team in advisory tasks. * Actively participate in the Shutdown Prevention Program. * Prepare the final project report (inspections, deviations, recommendations, improvement points) * Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments within the **Repsol Group**. * Technical knowledge of scaffolding assembly and safety. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in field operations.
