We are looking for a professional to join an industrial manufacturing team in La Pobla de Vallbona. Main responsibilities will focus on key production process tasks, ensuring operational quality and efficiency. Duties will include precise mixing of formulations according to specifications, accurate weighing of components, and controlled charging of reactors. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required for this position, preferably in Chemistry or a related field. Proven prior experience in industrial environments—especially in formulation preparation and reactor handling—is essential. Analytical ability, understanding of complex processes, and autonomy in task execution are highly valued. Additionally, strong stress tolerance and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high quality standards are important. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent incorporation into the company. Working hours are flexible: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The proposed remuneration is €23,000 gross per annum. Medium-Level Vocational Training or equivalent in Chemistry. Prior industrial sector experience in formulation preparation and reactor charging. Ability to reason and understand processes. Autonomous work capability. Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure. Minimum 1 year of experience.
