PURCHASING MANAGER (SAP)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to provide support for cutting tools, performing supplier management, order tracking, and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Key support role in the cutting tools procurement area. 2. Comprehensive management of suppliers, purchase orders, and incident resolution. 3. Collaboration with a major company in the aerospace sector. Through our Engineering P\&PD division (ATS Global), we are recruiting a Purchasing Manager to work for one of our clients — a leading aerospace company headquartered in Zamudio. The selected candidate will support the Operational Buyer in the cutting tools area. The following responsibilities will be required: * Returns of defective tools * Updating modified delivery dates in SAP * Identifying and closing open purchase order lines * Coordinating local suppliers and logistics for on-time shipments to Mexico * Monthly upload of demand per supplier to SharePoint * Invoice payment claims / tracking of unpaid invoices * Requesting documentation from suppliers * Customs incident resolution OFFERED: * Permanent position. Indefinite contract via P\&PD. * Hybrid work model (4 days of remote work per week) Desired Skills and Knowledge: \- Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) with procurement experience, Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement performing similar duties \- Languages: English at intermediate-to-advanced level \- SAP experience
