We are looking for a Project Manager for our Flexible Power Generation business, where the main mission of the role will be: * Supervising project execution on behalf of customer interests—from order receipt through delivery—ensuring compliance with customer requirements (technical specifications, documentation and equipment delivery dates) and internal requirements (adherence to design planning, procurement, manufacturing, budgeting, etc.). * Providing technical support to customers and managing order modifications. Leading solutions when required, integrating relevant departments (manufacturing, design, quality, SAT, etc.). Also, handling customer claims during the warranty period to enhance customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: * Acting as the primary customer contact during project execution and serving as the internal liaison point. * Monitoring design, procurement, and manufacturing schedules, PPI, etc. * Accompanying customers during visits for meetings, inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), etc. * Tracking cost sheets to ensure budgeted amounts are not exceeded. * Managing customer-requested order modifications, requiring technical specification revisions where applicable and contract amendments if delivery delays or cost overruns result. * Overseeing proper product dispatch, including coordination with the logistics department. * Tracking and reviewing order documentation (technical and quality dossiers) delivered to the customer. * Handling customer claims during the warranty period. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Engineering. * Excellent English language skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers; service-oriented mindset and problem-solving aptitude. * Availability and flexibility to work hours aligned with customer time zones (including holidays and time differences). * Willingness to travel occasionally. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in an industrial project-focused company. * Knowledge of additional languages (Basque, German, French). * Formal project management training (PMP or equivalent). * Basic SAP knowledge. * Technical knowledge of electrical machines.
