**Responsibilities and Tasks**
----------------------
* Collection of samples at by-product treatment plants and slaughterhouses, and from suspected and/or disease-monitoring animals included in national eradication programs.
* Conducting health inspections on livestock farms.
* Preparing reports related to health programs.

### **Education**
#### **Qualification**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine (MECES Level 3\) (degree officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
### **Other Mandatory Requirements**
* Valid Spanish Class B driving license
* Proficiency in office software

#### **Additional Training**
* Valid certification demonstrating successful completion of training covering theoretical, practical, and legal aspects of bovine tuberculosis diagnosis.
* Additional training (minimum 30 hours) in necropsies
* Additional training (minimum 30 hours) in ruminant anatomical pathology
* Additional training (minimum 30 hours) in sample collection from cattle and/or sheep
#### **Languages**
* Galician Language Level: B2
### **Prior Experience**
* Between 6 months and 5 years’ experience performing necropsies and/or sample collection on cattle (experience verified via employment contract)
**Observations**

* Offer includes:
+ Fixed-term contract estimated at 5 months duration
+ Part-time contract, 30 hours per week, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
+ If a trainee/training contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be directly related to the duties of the position, enabling them to carry out tasks appropriate to their field of study and thereby acquire professional experience aligned with their academic level. In such cases, the offered contract will be a fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable.
+ If an employment promotion contract for persons with disabilities is formalized, the contractual duration will be fixed and estimated at 12 months, with options for continuation or extension, if applicable.
+ Expected start date: August
+ Salary according to collective agreement
