JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a **Cost Planning and Control Technician** with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. Your work will be fundamental to guaranteeing the viability and success of our energy projects. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Technical Planning:** * Preparation of the Project Baseline Schedule. * Definition of the resource curve required to meet the schedule. * Daily updating of construction progress. * Integration of subcontractors’ progress into the overall schedule. * Detailed tracking of productivity and resources used for each cost grouping. * Forecasting of final project duration and cost based on progress and overall expenditure data. * **Cost Control and Variance Analysis:** * Definition and analysis of the project’s critical path. * Early identification of deviations from the original budget during execution. * Proposal of changes and improvements to activity sequencing and execution to achieve project objectives. * Profitability analysis and cost optimization across all project phases. * **Tools and Collaboration:** * Proficient use of planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Close collaboration with engineering, construction, and administration teams to ensure plan consistency and compliance. * Preparation of periodic monitoring and control reports for management. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Roads, etc.) or equivalent. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles, preferably in the energy or construction sectors. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in planning tools: Primavera P6 (mandatory), MS Project. * Solid knowledge of project cost and budget management. * Understanding of the critical path and project management techniques. * **Computer Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory). * **Languages:** English level B2 or higher (mandatory). * **Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Rigor and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic, wind). * Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Cost Control. **What We Offer:** * Join a rapidly growing, sector-leading company. * Participation in innovative and large-scale energy projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Permanent contract and competitive salary package. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
