Job Summary: We are seeking an operator for the inspection and industrial cleaning of foundry sand circuits, silos, and waste management in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Industrial cleaning of foundry sand circuits and silos 2. Management of excess sand and spillage due to equipment failures 3. Collaboration in continuous improvement and occupational risk prevention We are seeking an operator for the industrial cleaning area in the automotive sector. The position is located in the Atxondo area, Biscay. Main duties include inspecting and cleaning foundry sand circuits both internally and externally, including pits. The operator will also be responsible for extracting excess sand, depositing it into containers, and discharging fines into bags for subsequent storage. Periodic silo cleaning, unclogging operations, and responding to spillages caused by equipment failures are also part of the role. Additionally, the operator will collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives within their area and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, and candidates must have their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance.
