We are seeking an experienced **Cleaning Services Supervisor** to join our company. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple sites and teams, ensuring optimal management of each site and maintaining effective communication with clients. **We offer:** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Work tools: company mobile phone, laptop, and vehicle. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangement. * Opportunity for professional growth within an environment that values and fosters employee development. * Immediate integration into a dynamic and committed team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage assigned sites by supervising and monitoring the company’s established quality standards. * Coordinate and manage subordinate work teams. * Place orders and control inventory levels. * Prepare annual work schedules. * Conduct interviews, select, and train personnel under supervision. * Document and resolve incidents. * Hold periodic meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address potential service issues. * Identify client needs and interests to support cross-selling of services within the company’s portfolio. * Complete work reports and issue formal reports. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered. Stay alert and prepare to take the next step in your career journey with Derichebourg!** * Minimum education: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level). * Mobility to visit our sites. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing sites and work teams in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, email, management systems, etc.). * Proactive, flexible, and organized individual. * Strong communication and negotiation skills—both with clients and with site managers and staff under supervision. * Valid driver’s license required.
