We are seeking a Manager to lead Technology Due Diligence projects in M&A processes—both on the buyer (buy-side) and seller (sell-side) fronts. The objective is to maximize value and minimize technological risks in transactions, aligning technology with business strategy and its impact on EBITDA. You will work closely with Private Equity investment funds, senior management, and cross-functional teams to assess the strategic and operational impact of technology on transactions. This role is ideal for someone with experience leading Due Diligence projects and developing strategic models and recommendations for technology-driven growth and operational efficiency. What will you do?
