In this role, you will be responsible for handling technical incidents, monitoring security alerts, and supporting daily cybersecurity operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure protection of the technology infrastructure—responding swiftly to threats and collaborating to enhance organizational security. **Responsibilities:** * **User Incident Resolution**: Manage tickets related to VPN access, websites, suspicious emails (phishing), and general security inquiries. Escalate cases beyond your scope of responsibility to the cybersecurity team for resolution. * **Security Alert Monitoring**: Review and respond to alerts generated by the SIEM/SOC system. Analyze security events and collaborate with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks. * **Threat Management**: Block malicious IPs and URLs detected via SIEM/SOC alerts, thereby protecting the network and systems against potential attacks. * **Support in Analysis and Reporting**: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team in incident analysis and report generation.
