The application period will end on **January 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM.** **APPLICATION SUBMISSION** To participate in the selection process, candidates must attach the following supporting documents to their candidate profile: * Curriculum Vitae * Employment Record (or negative employment record / negative affiliation report) * Academic degrees * Certification of training related to the position to be filled **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** ------------------------------------ * Implement and strengthen initiatives defined in the Strategic Plan of the Naval Systems Excellence Center within the Cybersecurity and Computing Excellence Center. * Promote the integration of cybersecurity into NAVANTIA Sistemas’ products by leveraging the collaborative and open innovation space accessible to other companies, technology centers, and universities associated with the center. * Manage the center’s technical and human resources to support initiatives, collaborations, R&D&i developments, ongoing and future national and international (European) programs. * Develop, implement, and coordinate activities identified by the Cybersecurity and Computing Excellence Center (CDE) across various workstreams, including: Zero Trust, Audits and Forensic Analysis, Quantum Cryptography, CyberRange, Cyber Weapons, Quantum Computing, and Intensive Computing Solutions such as Hyperconvergence—always aligned with product development requirements. * Product and market analysis; national and international AI strategy; R&D&i; university and corporate collaborations. * Contribute to monitoring infrastructure investments across the center’s functional areas. * Support and foster dialogue with universities, companies, and other technology centers, in accordance with Navantia Sistemas’ defined strategy. * Contribute to internal and external research initiatives, developments, and prototyping efforts where multidisciplinary teams from different companies and/or universities can collaborate. * Participate in communication and dissemination activities of the center’s technological initiatives at national and international forums. * Contribute to tracking the center’s objectives through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), rapidly and concisely identifying and proposing solutions to issues, and managing and driving improvements toward objective achievement. * Evaluate, analyze, and propose improvements to the center’s procedures, services, and/or infrastructure. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any specialty). * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. **Training Courses Valued in Phase 1 (Merit Assessment) Related to the Position to Be Filled:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Cybersecurity. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** Entry Level: Minimum D2 Contract Type: Permanent Should any candidate experience difficulties with the application platform, they must send an email to **rrhh\_portal@navantia.es**, clearly describing the issue.
