Job Description **What challenge do we propose?** For our Retail Unit, we are seeking a TL for the Data Area who will work within multidisciplinary teams of specialists in microservices and data governance. Location is in Galicia, with a hybrid work model. Requirements **What are we looking for?** A TL with strong product orientation, responsible for their squad at the technical level and acting as the technical reference. * Actively and consistently participate in API design and development, following an API-First approach (OpenAPI). * Develop and evolve microservices using Spring Boot and our proprietary framework. * Ensure development quality and code cleanliness (Clean Code). * Implement event-based asynchronous communication using Kafka/PIPE (producers/consumers). * Model and access data in relational (SQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase – key/value) databases. * Actively participate in technical design, proposing improvements beyond those specified in JIRA tickets. * Collaborate with product and architecture teams to enhance end-to-end solutions.
