**Job Description** * We are seeking a Mainframe Systems Operator (z/OS) to join a critical 24x7 operations service within a high-availability technology environment. You will be part of a specialized team responsible for monitoring, operating, and supporting business-critical mainframe systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Continuous monitoring of systems and batch processes in the z/OS environment. * Incident management and tracking to resolution. * Execution and re-submission of jobs (JCL). * Monitoring of consoles and operational tools. * Control of data transmissions, loads, and production processes. * Escalation of incidents to relevant technical teams. * Execution of defined operational procedures. * Coordination with support, development, and infrastructure teams. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in mainframe system operations. * Knowledge of the IBM z/OS environment. * Proficiency with tools such as JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF. * Experience with schedulers (Control\-M, TWS, CA\-7 or similar). * Knowledge of batch process monitoring. * Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts\. * **On-site in A Coruña** **Desirable** * Knowledge of IMS, DB2, MQSeries. * Basic scripting skills (REXX). * Technical English proficiency. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract * **Paid technical and language certifications** with no waiting period * **Flexible salary with choice of social benefits** * **2 additional vacation days** * **25 vacation days**, which do not expire from one year to the next * A Coruña, Spain * Indefinite-term contract * \> 6 months of experience * 0 * 0 ()
