Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Industrial Engineer to manage customer orders, ensuring that customized designs meet requirements and collaborating across the entire manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage orders and customized mechanical designs for industrial customers. 2. Collaborate throughout the entire manufacturing process, from design to delivery. 3. Participate in product standardization and normalization projects. **JOB DESCRIPTION** *We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Industrial Engineering \- Mechanical specialization, to manage customer orders in the Industrial Division, ensuring that both product structures and customized mechanical designs comply with customer requirements.* ***Responsibilities:*** * Plan orders and monitor them throughout the entire manufacturing process—from design to delivery—ensuring the final product matches customer specifications. * Plan orders and monitor them throughout the entire manufacturing process. From design to delivery—ensuring the final product matches customer specifications. * Validate configurations (Repcon), manage structures (Baan), and clarify mechanical content of quotations with the Technical Department. * Design mechanical aspects included in orders, performing any customization required by the customer. * Lead and participate in order definition meetings upon order entry, and in design closure meetings after customer approval of mechanical drawings. * Support the manufacturing process (resolving queries, document management, testing, etc.), assist the customer during product launch, support Quality in case of issues/incidents, and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when required by the customer. * Actively collaborate in resolving organizational issues identified during daily meetings, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Prepare, manage, coordinate, participate in, and attend customer FATs, if required. * Respond to product-related inquiries, analyze and design as needed—considering both product manufacturing and customer requirements. * Coordinate product standardization or normalization projects, which may require new mechanical designs or adaptation of existing ones. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Industrial Engineering \- Mechanical specialization * Minimum experience: 2 years in similar positions * Languages: English B2 * Required knowledge: 3D Solid Designer, Baan / Repcon, Office software * Required competencies: Teamwork ability; Customer orientation, results orientation, and continuous improvement mindset; Autonomy and initiative; Attention to detail and technical rigor.
