We are looking for shift supervisors for our restaurants in the **Vizcaya** area. **What do we expect from you?** * Prior experience as a shift supervisor, preferably in the food service industry. * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, Microsoft Office, and general office software at the user level is desirable. * Full availability. * Minimum education required: compulsory secondary education. * Ability to commute to our restaurant. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Teamwork with the talented staff in our kitchens. * Enthusiasm, enthusiasm, and even more enthusiasm for learning — never enough! **What will your day-to-day look like at Burger King®?** * Serve our customers and handle cash register transactions. * Manage staff shifts and monitor store cash flow. * Supervise daily sales target achievement. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, expiration dates, temperatures, and hygiene requirements. * Prepare orders across all sales channels: dine-in, take-away, and delivery. * Perform restocking and inventory control tasks. **What do we offer in return?** * Career development plan: Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding national food service company.
