We are seeking a worker with experience in manufacturing concrete prefabricated elements to work at a plant in Oviedo. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling formwork, pouring and vibrating concrete, stripping formwork, handling finished pieces, and preparing them for storage or dispatch. They will also perform visual quality checks, coordinate the plant team, assist in basic maintenance of formwork and machinery, and collaborate with management on daily planning. Previous experience in concrete prefabrication or industrial construction is required, along with knowledge of formwork assembly and concrete pouring, as well as the ability to coordinate teams. Organizational skills, leadership, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety are highly valued. A personal vehicle is required. A full-time, indefinite-term contract is offered, Monday through Friday, with an annual gross salary ranging from €18,000 to €23,000 depending on experience. The start date is scheduled for April or May. Working hours may be either 08:00–15:30 (including a 30-minute lunch break) or split shifts from 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00, depending on plant organization.
