You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for administrative management and coordination with the mechanics team, ensuring efficient service and proper work organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone customer service * Appointment scheduling and workshop calendar management * Opening, tracking, and closing of work orders * Preparation of estimates and invoicing * Daily coordination with the mechanics team * Document management and general administrative tasks **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Previous experience in a similar position (experience in workshops or the automotive sector is desirable) * Proficiency in computer tools and management software * Strong communication skills and customer orientation * Organizational ability and teamwork skills * Residence in Bedia, Galdakao, or surrounding areas **Offered:** * Annual gross salary: €18,000–€20,000, depending on experience and the Bizkaia Metal Commerce Collective Agreement * Permanent contract, with a 3-month probationary period * Full-time position, with morning and afternoon shifts * Immediate start * Stable and professional working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €18,000.00–€20,000.00 per year Application Questions: * Do you hold a valid driver's license and own a vehicle? * Do you have experience in mechanical workshops or the automotive sector?
