




We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary, specialized in administration with 4 years of experience. The selected candidate will work in the office, providing direct support to management and ensuring the proper functioning of daily administrative operations. Main responsibilities: * Calendar, meeting, and travel management. * Organization and control of administrative and confidential documentation. * Telephone reception and email management. * Drafting, translation, and review of documents. * Support in administrative, accounting, and basic billing tasks. Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat, or related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a personal or administrative secretary. * Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory). * Knowledge of additional languages will be highly valued. * Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. * High level of organization and responsibility. * Advanced proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
