




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage orders, inventory, and logistics coordination using AutoCAD and Excel, including telephone support and communication with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order management, delivery notes, and CMR documents for transport companies. 2. Inventory control and material receipt. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for administrative tasks. We are looking for administrative staff for a company located in Mungia. Responsibilities will include managing orders, delivery notes, and CMR documents for transport companies, as well as using AutoCAD for 2D designs. The role also involves controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products, receiving materials from suppliers, and communicating with transport companies to coordinate deliveries. Strong Excel skills are required for unit conversions (meters, millimeters, centimeters), and telephone support is needed for order and logistics coordination. This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of 40 hours and legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a positive attitude toward work. * Local residence near the workplace is desirable. * Immediate availability to start is required. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Training in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (GM/GS) is an advantage.
