The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently under pressure during service hours and demonstrate eagerness to grow professionally within a high-traffic establishment. Main responsibilities associated with this position include: \- Assisting in dish preparation and cooking \- Handling and cutting raw materials according to technical specifications. \- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and deep cleaning of the kitchen area and equipment. \- Monitoring expiration dates and labeling products. \- Assisting in goods receipt and organizing storage rooms and refrigerated chambers. \- Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP). \- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. Experience: 2 years. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial restaurant kitchens is required, preferably in establishments offering à la carte menus and daily set menus. Demonstrable experience supporting service (passing dishes), handling kitchen utensils, and mastery of basic cooking and preparation techniques.
