Job Summary: Servinform is seeking Telephone Agents to process Income Tax returns, excluding direct assessments, supplementary returns, and corrective returns for previous years. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking to incorporate Telephone Agents into our team for a temporary position that **requires no in-person attendance**, to carry out the Income Tax Campaign remotely. The primary responsibility will be processing all types of tax returns, except direct assessments, supplementary returns, and corrective returns for previous years. * We offer: * 35-hour weekly work schedule * Split shifts: 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00, or 16:00–18:00, Monday through Friday * Remote work modality * Immediate hiring until end of June.
