These tasks ensure proper service functionality, helping individuals maintain their autonomy and safety at home. Regular visits allow equipment status review and identification of potential needs or risks in the dwelling. Additionally, the position involves providing support during crisis situations arising from service use, following established protocols and acting effectively. On occasion, it may be necessary to accompany the user until family members or emergency services arrive, ensuring their well-being. This human component is essential for users' peace of mind and quality of life. Comprehensive initial training is provided for device handling and response protocols. The objective is to maintain an efficient and reliable telecare service, combining technology and personalized care to promote users' independence and safety in daily life. Bachelor's degree, FP2 qualification, Higher Technician diploma, or equivalent. A high level of spoken and written Basque is mandatory. User-level office software knowledge is required. FP2 qualifications in Electricity and/or Electronics are considered a plus.
