To continue achieving consistent growth, we seek to incorporate profiles highly motivated to grow in the commercial world, to begin a career with us as a **Sales Development Representative in Bilbao.** **What would your day-to-day look like as a Sales Development Representative?** · Conduct prospecting and initial telephone contact with potential clients (B2B, companies) · Schedule commercial meetings for Business Developers **What do you need to succeed in this role?** · Academic qualification at intermediate or higher level · Prior customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, reception, call center, administration, or similar) · Strong communication skills **What do we offer as your future employer?** · Permanent contract and career development plan within a leading company experiencing strong growth and expansion · €20,000 gross/year + unlimited commissions · Full-time schedule with flexible start and end times: Monday–Thursday, 8:30–9:30 AM to 6:00–7:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch.
