You will join our Executive Assistant team, supporting various leaders by performing, among others, the following responsibilities: Comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling calls, meetings, etc. Booking meeting rooms and external venues, as required Management of domestic and international travel Email and physical mail handling, including courier and diplomatic pouch services Document editing and formatting Invoicing, digital archiving, customer contact database management, and other related tasks Who are we looking for?
