We show you all this in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **Customer Project Advisor** in our stores will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and supporting residents throughout Leroy Merlin’s turnkey projects, managing the entire sales process—from when they communicate their needs to project completion—with the aim of achieving overall customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty while reinforcing our corporate image. Their **main functions and areas of influence will be as follows:** Advise and support the resident/customer throughout their project, whether or not installation is included, preparing both the initial design proposal and the final one following precise measurements. Provide diligent, protocol-based sales advice to the resident/customer and resolve any questions or issues that may arise during the entire sales process, personalizing and delivering positive shopping experiences. Identify business opportunities in every interaction with the resident/customer. **Demonstrable Requirements** * Product knowledge within their sector. * Basic financial knowledge. * Medium\-to\-advanced computer skills regarding the IT tools used in their sector. * Competencies such as initiative, proactivity, and commercial skills. * At least three years’ experience in a similar role, accustomed to working toward objectives. * Availability to work split shifts from Monday to Saturday. **What We Offer?** =================== **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
