What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields At least 4 years of experience working in HR Experience conducting face-to-face and Teams interviews Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Publishing and screening job postings Strong communication skills Experience holding meetings with clients Client portfolio management Proactivity and enthusiasm for challenges Ability to work towards objectives On-site presence in Bilbao is mandatory Proficiency in Basque language is a plus Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory **And most importantly:** genuine motivation for a professional change!!
