We are looking for **Salesforce Project Managers** with experience leading end\-to\-end implementations across different clouds of the platform, including Marketing Cloud. The selected candidate will coordinate functional and technical teams, manage client relationships, and ensure project delivery on time and with high quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and full management of Salesforce projects. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (functional, technical, integration). * Direct client communication, facilitation of workshops, and follow\-up. * Supervision of solutions in Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud. * Risk management, prioritization, and deliverable tracking. * Ensuring best practices, documentation, and project quality. **Ideal Profile** * Experience managing Salesforce projects (minimum 3–5 years). * Strong functional knowledge and sufficient technical understanding to validate designs. * Experience in Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud projects. * Leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Agile methodology experience is a plus. **Preferred Certifications** * Salesforce Administrator * Sales/Service Cloud Consultant * Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator * PMP / Scrum Master Job type: Full\-time Salary: €45,000.00\-€60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Training for professional certifications * Reduced working hours during summer * Reduced working hours on Fridays * Dental insurance * Private medical insurance * Optional remote work Job location: Hybrid remote in 48013 Bilbao, Biscay province
