To support our continued growth, we are seeking to hire a Civil Works Specialist Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. The selected candidate will perform a dual role: as a Project Engineer and as a Civil Works Specialist, participating in the full lifecycle development of industrial projects. **Responsibilities** As Project Engineer: * Manage the project portfolio, ensuring achievement of quality, schedule, cost, and scope objectives. * Plan and monitor projects, identifying risks, threats, and opportunities. * Maintain communication with clients and licensing companies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations for projects. * Guarantee proper implementation of safety procedures. * Lead and participate in risk assessments where appropriate. * Manage project scope and any potential modifications, developing technical definitions. * Coordinate technical documentation and its correct integration into the document management system. * Coordinate, together with support departments, procurement, contracting, construction, and commissioning activities. * Coordinate internal and external resources required for project execution. As Civil Works Specialist: * Develop civil works, steel structure, and construction projects. * Prepare technical requisitions for erection. * Prepare and review drawings, quantities, and estimates. * Coordinate with the structural calculation department, as well as with clients and suppliers. * Perform site supervision. **What We Offer** * Integration into a multidisciplinary team comprising specialists in civil works, processes, piping, mechanical equipment, electricity, and Instrumentation & Control. * Participation in high-technical-level industrial projects. * Integration into an established company belonging to the KREAN Group. * Position located in Derio (Bizkaia). **Requirements** Mandatory Requirements: * Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with specialization in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar functions. * Advanced level of English. * Valid driver’s license. * Experience in engineering project management. * Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects.
