At Elis, the Maintenance Manager plays a key role in plant maintenance and machinery commissioning: * Possess strong people management and leadership skills. * Are experts in the equipment used for maintenance: washing tunnels, industrial dryers, conveyors, calenders. * Are responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant machinery. * Organize and plan corrective and preventive maintenance activities. * Ensure maintenance teams carry out periodic checks of all operational parameters. * Are responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations.
