At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future and that of the rest of the world. **VACANCY DESCRIPTION** Your main responsibility will be resolving field incidents for Ormazabal's external and internal customers and providing product maintenance training to technical personnel within Ormazabal's sales network and/or customers. **Responsibilities:** * Handling External Non-Conformities: + Act as the direct liaison between external and internal customers and the factory to resolve customer claims. + Provide support, response, and technical assistance to the market regarding external product incidents, attending on-site at external or internal customer facilities when necessary to resolve issues directly. Subsequently, provide first-hand conclusions from the intervention to coordinate or develop the most effective corrective actions preventing recurrence of such non-conformities. * Deliver practical product training to all Group personnel and/or customers. * Conduct field commissioning of products. * Draft new assembly instructions for new subassemblies, spare parts, and accessories (RYA). * Analyze and monitor components of new products during the industrialization phase to prevent potential future issues and suggest improvements to facilitate assembly on the production line or avoid external incidents. **REQUIREMENTS** * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or equivalent in electrical/mechanical fields with electronics knowledge. * Minimum experience: 2 years in the electrical sector. * Additional skills: Office software proficiency, solid electrical knowledge, and product expertise. * Languages: English (intermediate/upper-intermediate level – B2). * Availability for frequent international travel. * Required competencies: Customer-oriented, proactive individual with teamwork ability and strong communication skills.
