Because we believe that, to build a better future, we must first do so with people who feel good. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** * **Production:** Manufacturing insulating material parts using injection molding presses, following process and quality guidelines (preparing molds and components inside the mold, performing part machining and visual inspection, applying traceability codes, and entering data into the capture system). * **Maintenance:** Performing daily maintenance of your workstation and production equipment (cleaning, tool organization, checking tool and critical component conditions), in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan, to ensure proper operation of machines and tools. * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participating in improvement teams by contributing ideas that enhance productive efficiency and ergonomics. * **Incidents:** Identifying and reporting incidents occurring during the production process, ensuring smooth production operations and productivity. * **Recycling:** Disposing of waste in designated containers, in compliance with environmental regulations. * **Health and Safety:** Complying fully with all occupational health and safety regulations and procedures, and correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) in line with safety standards. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in industrial specialties. * **Precision and Attention to Detail:** You will follow well-defined technical processes where your ability to detect errors or ensure correct assembly will make the difference. * **Willingness to Learn and Proactive Attitude:** If you enjoy learning new things and collaborating in teams, you will do so daily here, surrounded by experienced professionals. * **Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle:** Required to navigate the industrial environment where this role is performed. **Can you imagine launching your professional future here?** At Ormazabal, we do not only manufacture electrical solutions—we also create real opportunities for talented, motivated individuals eager to transform the world.
