Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to collaborate in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and order, and support the chef and cook. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a kitchen assistant in Guareña (Badajoz). Main duties will include assisting in food preparation, including washing, cutting, and mise en place. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in both the kitchen area and utensils, while providing constant support to the chef and cook. Candidates must possess accredited professional training in culinary arts, either in hospitality or catering, and have previous experience of 8 to 10 years in similar positions. A medium level of English is required for communication in tourism-related environments, as well as functional proficiency in Spanish to ensure fluent communication on the job. A permanent full-time contract is offered. Working hours will follow rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Remuneration will comply with the applicable sectoral collective agreement.
