The selected candidate will serve and manage their own client portfolio, maintaining and increasing activity by marketing financial products and services tailored to this segment. **Responsibilities** * Carry out all necessary actions to achieve established business objectives, driving defined commercial policies. * Acquire new clients and business, proactively seeking new clients while fulfilling formal obligations and risk analysis requirements for potential clients prior to proposing and reviewing onboarding. * Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulations in all investment information and/or client advisory activities performed. * Guarantee that proposed risk transactions are appropriate for the client’s profile, economically sound, and meet criteria set forth in applicable regulations. * Ensure an excellent level of service and support to all current and prospective clients, delivered effectively and efficiently across all duties, in accordance with Bank regulations. **Skills** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client management and marketing of banking products is preferred. * A university degree is preferred, especially in Business or Economics; certification in retail and/or private banking advisory is also valued. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high capacity for teamwork. * Strong customer orientation, as well as results- and goal-oriented mindset. ***Well-being and Benefits*** * *Mental and emotional well-being: We support you during life’s challenging moments—helping you manage crises, illness, and maintain good mental health.
