




Job Summary: We are seeking a telecare installation technician to support individuals in their homes, performing installations, maintenance, and visits to ensure service continuity and user well-being. Initial training provided for equipment and procedures. We require a telecare installer for the Bilbao area, within a public service aimed at individuals requiring home-based support and monitoring. Main responsibilities include technical installation and maintenance of devices, as well as periodic visits to inspect device status and identify potential risk situations, always adhering to established protocols. On a daily basis, terminals and components are installed, preventive and corrective maintenance is performed, and faulty equipment is repaired or replaced to ensure uninterrupted service. It may also be necessary to accompany users until family members or emergency services arrive, thereby combining technical expertise with close personal attention. The role requires constant mobility, as interventions take place in private residences, demanding strong organizational skills. Initial training is provided to familiarize staff with equipment and procedures. The goal is to contribute to a reliable telecare system that enhances users’ autonomy and well-being at home. A high school diploma (Bachiller), vocational training qualification (FP2), higher-level technical qualification, or equivalent is required. A high level of spoken and written Basque (Euskera) is essential, as well as basic computer literacy (user-level office software proficiency). A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Qualifications in FP2 Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics will be considered an asset. Immediate hiring is required.
