Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to deliver high-quality service at the bar and in the dining area, handle payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality service at the bar and in the dining area. 2. Efficiently handle trays and payment operations. 3. Resolve incidents to ensure customer satisfaction. We seek a candidate with experience in the hospitality industry for a waiter/waitress position. Main responsibilities will include efficient tray handling and delivering high-quality service both at the bar and in the dining area. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for payment operations and cash register reconciliation at the end of each shift. Excellent customer service is essential, including resolving any incidents that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Schedules are rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * We seek a responsible, dynamic, proactive, and sociable individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO).\- Valid food handler's certificate.
