Over 250,000 beneficiaries and projects across more than 22 countries attest to our commitment. We are seeking to hire a Project Director to lead our cooperation strategy and institutional growth. Your mission: Lead, coordinate, and strengthen the Foundation’s project area, ensuring achievement of annual objectives, financial sustainability, and social impact of our interventions—particularly in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Spain. Key responsibilities: Comprehensive management of the international and social cooperation project area. Formulation, monitoring, and technical and financial justification of projects before public and private funders (national and international). Achievement of annual project objectives defined in the Strategic Plan. Proactive identification of partners and strategic alliances (NGOs, companies, public and private institutions). Management of institutional relations and representation of the Foundation. Budgetary oversight and administrative coordination of projects. Identification of new funding opportunities and calls for proposals. Coordination with internal teams and local counterparts. Profile we seek: Over 10 years’ experience in international cooperation. Demonstrable experience in project management and leadership. Advanced English (mandatory). Strong skills in institutional relations and partner acquisition. Administrative and budget management knowledge. A person with interpersonal skills, leadership, and excellent communication abilities. Results-oriented, autonomous, and strategically minded.
