Job Summary: We are seeking experienced hospitality staff for customer service, beverage service, and general duties, ensuring an enjoyable experience and fostering visitor loyalty. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and incident resolution. 2. Beverage service with a friendly and professional attitude. 3. Ensuring the smooth operation of the premises. We are looking for a hospitality professional to join our team in Vilagarcía de Arousa. Main responsibilities will include direct customer interaction, ensuring an enjoyable experience, and effectively addressing any questions or incidents that may arise. You will be responsible for beverage service, consistently maintaining a friendly and professional attitude to foster loyalty among our visitors. You will also perform other duties inherent to the role to ensure the smooth operation of the premises. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week. The schedule is rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, with legally mandated rest days. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Local residence near the workplace is an advantage.
