Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Manager in Valladolid to autonomously manage hiring, salaries, and labor-related incidents, while collaborating with other departments. Key Points: 1. Autonomous management of hiring, salaries, and labor-related incidents. 2. Interdepartmental collaboration to fulfill labor obligations. 3. Hierarchical reporting to UN Management and functional reporting to Labor Relations and Human Resources Administration. **Description:** ---------------- We require a Labor Manager for our Valladolid office. Your responsibilities will include autonomous management of hiring, payroll, and labor-related incidents concerning employees within your business unit. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with the company’s labor and social obligations. You will report hierarchically to UN Management and functionally to Labor Relations and Human Resources Administration. **Responsibilities** * Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, settlement agreements (finiquitos), and related documentation. * Monitoring hiring activities. * Processing administrative filings with various agencies, including SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service) and TGSS (General Social Security Treasury). * Entering all payroll-related incidents into the Payroll System for employee payroll processing. * Preparing certificates: maternity, retirement, unemployment, among others. * Preparing and managing documentation for operational staff transfers (subrogations). * Collaborating in preparing for Labor Inspections together with Legal Advisory, Labor Relations, and Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) departments. * Directly collaborating with the Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) department and Operations Managers of your Unit to fulfill and carry out certain functions. * Reporting any safety-related anomalies to the Prevention Service Technician. * Processing Work-Related Accident Reports and coordinating with the Mutual Insurance Company (Mutua). * Preparing required documentation for Labor Relations Managers or Legal Advisors. * Providing in-person and telephone support to employees within the business unit. * Reporting all TGSS movements (registrations, cancellations, modifications) to Central Headquarters. * Processing basic copies duly signed by the Workers’ Committee. * Reviewing the monthly payroll prior to payment. * Managing the digital archive of employee files. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training qualification (medium-level technician), specialist technician (second-degree), and/or extensive experience in this role. * University education in Labor Relations, Law, or related fields will be considered favorably. * Familiarity with payroll and social security software systems is desirable. * Proficiency in IT tools (advanced Excel). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Labor Manager handling payroll processing, settlement agreements (finiquitos), and Social Security registrations/cancellations. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work arrangement. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
